Mini-Circuits’ ZVA-0.5W303GX+ is a coaxial, wideband RF amplifier capable of operating from 10 MHz to 30 GHz. The design can deliver output power of +27 dBm at saturation and +25 dBm typ. at 1dB compression, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring a wideband driver amplifier.
