The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is responsible for providing technical support to customers and winning designs.

Location: Ramat Hasharon.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience with RF field, as an electronic board design engineer or, system engineer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).

  • Effective customer-facing presentation and problem-solving skills.

RF Electronics Account Specialist (Non-Technical) #10-2023

Location: Ramat Hasharon.

Position Overview

The office location is in Ramat Hasharon, a proximity living location is preferred. This position is in-office only.

As an Account Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their orders, quotes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships, streamlining processes, and contributing to the overall success of our RF electronics business.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding quotes, orders, delivery timelines, and any non-technical matters.
  • Quoting Process: Generate accurate and timely quotes based on client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that quotes are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company pricing strategies.
  • Order Management: Process incoming orders and ensure all details are accurate. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and according to client specifications.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the order fulfillment process. Provide regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, quotes, orders, and communications using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Relationship Building: Develop a strong rapport with clients by demonstrating exceptional customer service, reliability, and responsiveness. Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status, sales performance, and client feedback for internal review and decision-making.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Experience in the RF Industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical support customers through online communication and on-site visits.
  • Winning design projects across the customers and applications within the assigned territory. Provide cross-reference support and act as the technical expert from the factory.
  • Lead technical discussions and present technical features and benefits of the company’s products. Answer technical product and application questions for our customers, design engineers, and other departments within the organization.
  • Provide regular feedback to company’s engineering, product development and marketing teams regarding product development. Serve as a liaison between company and customers, providing technical expertise and support to customers and valuable market feedback data for product development efforts for future releases.
  • Project management.

Skills/Qualifications

We’re seeking a qualified RF Sales Specialist to help us sell the products and services that help improve the designs of our customers. Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, it’s essential that our salesperson be approachable and professional. His or her efforts will help us extend our reach and impact.

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client list, and developing an active, repeat customer base
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Work with the Account Executive, Engineering and Marketing teams to design industry-specific outbound efforts
  • Utilize our CRM to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in sales within a technological setting, optimally within the RF industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Experience closing enterprise level deals
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Quick learner and technology oriented

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
