The TSS1-63ULN+ is a pHEMT-based wideband, ultra-low noise MMIC amplifier with high P1dB, high IP3, and voltage-controlled shutdown capability. Operating from 1000 to 6000 MHz, this amplifier features typical 0.5 dB noise figure, 18.7 dB gain, +21.9 dBm P1dB, and +33.8 dBm OIP3. This combination of characteristics makes it ideal for sensitive receiver applications.
