PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-06223LN+ is a low noise amplifier utilizing MCL’s own GaAs pHEMT-based amplifier, PMA4-6263LN+, offering industry-leading performance from 6 to 22 GHz and capability to 26 GHz . This design operates on a single +5 V supply @ 62 mA and comes in a rugged, compact unibody case (0.74” x 0.75” x 0.46″) with integrated SMA female connectors, making it an excellent candidate for demanding operating conditions and use in crowded system layouts.
